Nobody picked up. This immediately adds the lead to your Missed Call Sequence (see Email Sequences in Settings) so scheduled follow-up emails and call reminders keep going automatically - no need to keep re-dialing manually.
Voicemail
You reached voicemail and left a message. This also adds the lead to your Missed Call Sequence, exactly like No Answer, since the follow-up plan is the same either way.
Clicking Call Back Soon inserts the lead again further down the queue, after the specified number of leads defined here in this setting. Use 0 to always send the lead to the very end. Test Mode leads always use a fixed spacing of 15, regardless of this setting. No Answer and Voicemail no longer use this setting - see above.

Not a fit right now, but could be worth calling again in the future. Removes the lead from your queue for now and automatically brings it back for another call after the follow-up delay you choose when you click it (or the default set below).
Interested Later always lets you pick 1/3/6 months or a custom date at the moment you click it - this is just which option is highlighted as the default.
Wrong Number
The phone number on file doesn't reach this business. Removes the lead from your queue and clears the phone number from its profile, since it's now confirmed wrong.
Do Not Call
Permanently blocks this lead from being called, texted, or emailed anywhere in the app.
Other
Any other reason to stop calling this lead. Removes it from your queue.
Snov.io Automation (Admin Only)
When enabled, clicking Interested Later, Wrong Number, Do Not Call, or Other also adds this lead's email(s) to the Snov.io Do-Not-Contact list selected in Settings > Bounce Monitor, and pauses any Snov.io campaigns they're currently enrolled in. Test leads are never affected.

When on, an email that would otherwise send outside this window, or on an unchecked day above, waits until the next window opens instead - a rep's own local time, computed once when the sequence is started, not re-checked afterward. When off (the default), sequence emails send at exactly the time shown on their card, any hour or day.
Protects your mailbox's sending reputation when a lot of leads get added to a sequence around the same time (e.g. after a big calling session) - a step's own delay only decides WHEN it's due, not how bunched-up a busy day's worth of them end up being. A due email still waits for this gap since the last one THIS account sent (a little random variation is added on top automatically), across every sequence combined. Use 0 to turn this off.
